It is always recommended to book as first as possible to guarantee the tour availability. Bookings and reservations are accepted up to 30hourse prior to the begging of the service, but for the last 72hourse are considered "last minute" and are subject to availability at time of a request.

Booking is completed when full payment for tour is received, until then it is only a reservation. Full payment with Credit Card or PayPal must be made at least 24 hours before departure for booking to take place. Payment with Wire Transfer must be made at least 72 hours before departure for booking to take place. If due to force majeure or for operational reasons the tour is cancelled, full refund will be issued.

The booking always can be cancelled and if you send a written cancellation an one week prior of the beginning of the service there will be no cancellation charge. If the written cancellation is presented less than seven days prior of the beginning of the service or client "no show" there will be a charge of the whole price of the services.
